Whats in a name?
"Ā" (prefix): In Sanskrit, this generally means to approach, enter, or move towards.
"Vesana" (root): Relating to "dwelling" or "inhabiting" — the idea of residing or making a space one's own.
Studio Avesana draws inspiration from the concept of 'avesana'—symbolizing the harmonious journey of arrival and belonging. Our work embraces this idea by focusing on the seamless transition into spaces that are not just designed to be inhabited, but to be experienced in their full essence. We create environments where one becomes an integral part of the space, grounded in comfort, elegance, and connection. It is the shift from simply moving through a place to truly making it an extension of one's own life.
